Our Story
The journey of NCD Group started in 2007 with a vision and a deep passion for crafting beautiful homes. Founded by Hany Nasr, a visionary builder with an eye for detail and a heart for community, the company initially focused on buying, renovating, and selling homes across the DMV area. With nearly two decades of experience, we’ve successfully renovated and sold over 100 properties — each one a testament to our commitment to quality and design excellence.
After several homeowners reached out to Mr. Nasr and wanted to buy one of NCD Group homes and could not get one. Hany decided he would change his business model and start to help all homeowners, not just the ones who purchase his homes. So he started building for customers, Whole home renovations pop-tops and remodels and brand new construction.
